Website - To improve the content of this website, I use Google Analytics to collect the IP address of website visitors; aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit; and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations. You can turn off your cookies if you do not want this. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so. Your Details - I collect details from each customer, including contact details, which I use to fulfill your order and may use to let you know of other Healthier Me services and offers. I am registered with the Data Commissioner, so you can be rest assured your details are dealt with appropriately.

Making a purchase - Please follow the steps on this website to make a purchase. Postage & packaging (delivery) is £1.50, and applies to UK addresses only. Payment is by cash (in person), cheque (by post) or by PayPal (online orders). All orders are subject to approval and details will be checked prior to despatch to ensure they are valid. I reserve the right to refuse a sale from this website and a contract will only be made when this checking procedure has been made. In the case of an order being rejected, you will receive a refund of your payment in full.

Delivery - Will normally be in 2-5 working days. I am not liable for costs incurred due to late delivery.

Cancellation and Returns - You may cancel your order up to seven days after receiving your goods. You must contact me prior to returning goods to obtain a returns number else your return may not be accepted. You must return the product unopened and in its original condition, for a full and complete refund and you will be liable for return costs. Due to health and safety concerns, any items that have been opened will only be refunded if they are faulty or damaged. Any damage must be reported immediately. I reserve the right to inspect goods before issuing a replacement.

Product Unavailability - If for any reason a product you've ordered is unavailable or out of stock, I will contact you to arrange either a replacement or refund within 3 working days of you placing your order.

Statutory Rights - This website and associated services are under the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
