About True Food®

The True Food® range contains unique food-based nutritional supplements providing the wholefood form of key nutrients. They are produced from fermented food cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. During processing, the yeast cell walls are gently broken down so their ability to evoke an allergic response is mostly lost. The supplements provide important amino acids, phytonutrients, glutathione, choline, inositol, B-vitamins and beta glucans and the nutrients in a similar form to food, making larger doses uneccesary and increasing their bioavailability.
