Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Zesty-tasting, made from 100% organic apples
- 5% acetic acid
- Supports digestion and healthy weight
- Unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally fermented to retain the nutritious 'mother' created from the beneficial bacteria
- Mix into salad dressings, sauces, marinades and pickling recipes
- Can also be diluted and used as a skin toner, hair rinse or on abrasions
Suggested intake
Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) with 1 cup of water and optional honey up to 3 times daily.
